Abstract
During dissection of a female newborn cadaver, it was seen that the sural nerve not present bilaterally. This nerve is used as biopsy material at the diagnosis of the neuropathic diseases, and is the most suitable graft material to repair peripheric nerve injuries. So we decided to report this rare variation.
