Abstract
In this paper, anatomical structures playing apart in the formation of the emotion and therelationships between emotion and autonomic nervous system were reviewed. In the first part, the relationship between emotion and lymbic system, and the role of the autonomic nervous system in the mediation of the emotion were reviewed. In the second part, the findings of some clinical studies in relation to emotion and autonomic nervous system were summarized.
