Free-of-Charge Publication

No fee is charged from the authors during the submission, evaluation, and publication process. Journal practices, ethical rules, technical information, and necessary forms are specified on the journal's web page.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supporting a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Open Access Policy is based on rules of Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). By “open access” to [peer-reviewed research literature], we mean its free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
