Fatigue :The Basic Mechanisms and Clinically Approach

Abstract

Fatigue is one of the the most frequent symptoms in patients entering a general hospital register. Fatigue is a normal phenomenon, however excessive fatigue has clinical importance for indicating some pathological conditions. Fatigue commonly accompanies many varieties of illness including some neuromuscular disorders, central nervous system diseases as well as many systemic diseases. In this study the physiopathologic mechanisms and clinical varieties of fatigue were reviewed.
