Abstract

Brain calcification exists mainly in the bilateral basal ganglia and less frequently in the cerebellum. We report a seven year old case who presented our outpatient clinic with gait disturbance, postural instability, dysarthric speech. His neurological examination revealed, horizontal nystagmus, dysmetria, bilateral babinski sign. Cranial CT scan showed extensive calsification of only the cerebellum.
