Abstract
The diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus trombosis can be difficult because of different clinical symptoms. Cerebral venous sinus trombosis (CVST) may have no obvious precipitating cause, although it has been associated with mastoid infection, dehydration, trauma, contraseptive medication, hematological disorders, neoplasia and homocystinemia. We report 22 years old man with CVST caused by homocystinemia.
