Abstract
The typical clinical features of carotid artery dissection are transient or permanent cerebral ischemic deficits assosiated with pain in the ipsilateral head and face. Permanent visual loss due todissection is rare. In this article, a 30 year old patient with simultaneous permanent visual loss and hemiparesis due to right internal karotid arter dissection is presented.
