Abstract
We present a 60 year old female patient with a 7 year history of bolt-like or throbbingheadaches, strictly localised to the right parietooccipital region, which lasted for a fewseconds, repeated 10-15 times daily and were accompanied by nausea, unilateral conjunctival injection and bilateral palpebral edema and nasal congestion. The headaches ocurred on a daily basis but sometimes the headaches would disappear formonths only to recur in the same pattern again. The headaches dramatically responded toindomethacine 50 mg/day.
