In the article entitled “Impact of a 12-week structured exercise program on motor function and exosomal alpha-synuclein levels in Parkinson's disease: A prospective analysis,” published in Turk J Neurol 2024;30(2):86-92, a post-publication review identified the need for a correction to the authorship list.
It has been determined that Prof. Gülsen Babacan Yıldız contributed significantly to the study, particularly in the patient selection process and in the critical revision of the final manuscript. These contributions fulfill internationally accepted authorship criteria.
It was further identified that the omission of the author from the original submission was due to an authorside oversight during the manuscript submission process.
