DOPA Responsive Dystonia: A Report in Two Siblings

Abstract
DRD is a generalized dystonia that begins in childhood. The disease is characterized withdiurnal fluctuations anda remarkable response to L- DOPA. In this paper two sibling casesto demonstrating the same clinical features are reported. Both of the siblings showed markedimprovement with low doses of L- DOPA.
