Presentation of two cases with deep cerebral vein thrombosis

Abstract

Deep cerebral vein thrombosis (DCVT) and classic dural sinus thrombosis (DST) are different antities in terms of clinical features and imaging findings. Direct and indirect venous thrombosis findings in CT are very important in diagnosis. MRI is also helpful. Conventional and MR angiography may be necessary for conforming the diagnosis.
