Abstract
Hot water epilepsy is a reflex epilepsy. Seizures are provoked by hot water, and result from the association of both cutaneous and heat stimuli. Most cases have been described in India and Japan. Hot water epilepsy is a benign form of epilepsy. In 8 year-old boy, Video-EEG monitoring, cranial MR, MR spectroskopi and SPECT is evaluated and their results are discussed.
