Abstract
Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS) is a rare systemic necrotising vasculitis affecting small sized vessels characterised by asthma, sinusitis, pulmonary infiltrations, hypereosinophilia, and peripheral neuropathy. Peripheral neuropathy or mononeuritis multiplex is most common neurological feature of CSS and sometimes may be the only manifestation of the underlying vasculitic disease. In this paper, we report a case of 48 years old patient who presenting progressive severe asymetrical polyneuropathy as major feature of disease besides other clinical findings of systemic vasculitis.
