Abstract
Objective background: Fantom pain is felt just as same tost extremity. It is undeniable that there is an effect of psychiatric factors tike and firstly depression on pain. Case: In this case report, a 48 year woman patient with amputed two legs above knee is reported. She was talked about her legs tike present and tingling pain. Discussion: It would be better to se/ect drugs especially effecting on both seretonin and noradrenalin pathways. in this article, a resistant case with fantom limb pain and depression was treated successfully with Mirtazapin 30 mglday.
