Rare Transvers Myelitis Case: Dural AVF

Abstract
A-36-year-old man patient had admitted with paraparesia and urinary incontinance. Spinal magnetic resonance showed long segment thoracic lesion. He was thought of transverse myelitis. Pulse steroid and intravenous immunoglobulin had been given. Because of no definite response to treatments, patient admitted our centre. A spinal anjiogram was performed. Left T6-7 spinal dural arteriovenous fistula (AVF) was seen. And fistula was occluded. Arteriovenous fistula is a very rare cause ofmyelitis. And treatment is completely different from other etiologies
