Abstract
Dyke-Davidoff Syndrome (DDS) is characterized congenital hypoplasia or acquired atrophywhich variable degrees of unilateral loss of cerebral hemisphere. In this paper, two cases with neuroradiological imaging and clinical findings such as cranio-facialasymmetry, hemiparesis and epileptic seizures, presented.
