Abstract

Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) is classically a systemic necrotizing granulomatousvasculitis that involves the upper and lower respiratory tracts and kidney. The frequency of neurological abnormalities in untreated patients is 23 to 50%. Cranial and peripheral neuropathies are most common. We described a 41-years old woman with an unusual neurologic presentation of WG with striking cerebral involvement. She was also interesting because of the unchanged radiological findings, in the reversal of clinicalsymtoms and findings during 1 year.
