Abstract

Creutzfeldt Jacob disease is a rapidly progressive and fotal disorder caused by prion protein mutation. lt's diagnosed by biopsy but recently it's realised in literature that antemortem diffusion weighted MRI (DW MRI) examination is equal to the autopsy fındings. We report a case diagnosed as " possible CJD" and discuss the fındings of DWMRI associated with literature .
