Abstract
Cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL) is an autosomal dominant inherited disorders that includes as clinical features affective disorders, migraine, transient ischemic attacks. We describe the clinical, genetic, MRI, andhistopathologcally features of a case with migraine and demantia, mapping ta the cerebral autosomal dominant arteriopathy with subcortical infarcts and leukoencephalopathy (CADASIL).
