In the recent studies it was seen that Helicobacter pylori can cause some vascular diseases except gastrointestinal diseases. So, in some studies the relationship between migraine and Helicobacter pylori was investigated. The results of these studies are different from each other. The aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection in the patients with migraine with and without aura and ta evaluate the clinical specialities of the pain with and without Helicobacter pylori infection. There was no difference of Helicobacter pylori infection prevalence between patient and control groups (p>0.05). But the attack frequency of migraine group with aura with Helicobacter pylori infection was more than the patient group without Helicobacter pylori infection.
