Antiphospholipid syndrome, characterized with recurrent thrombosis, thorombocytopeniaand recurrent fetal loss has shown ta be associeted with antiphospholipid antibodies. A 45 year-old female diagnosed as Antiphospholipid Syndrome is discussed in means of clinical, laboratory and treatment aspects.
