We present a case with acute global aphasia without hemiparesis. Neuroradiologicalinvestigations showed two separate hemorrhagic infarct areas on anterior and posteriorlanguage cortices. Noted that global aphasia without hemiparesis, depending on twoseperate embolic lesions, shows a more rapid recovery then traditional global aphasia.
