Primary angiitis of the central nervous system is an idiopathic disorder characterized bygranulamatous vasculitis restricted within the central nervous system. Both cerebral angiography and brain biopsy have important roles in diagnosis but recent reports suggest that magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is also a useful method both in terms of diagnostic specificity and patient follow-up. In this study, MRI findings of two cases which angiography suggests PA were reported and diagnostic significance of lesion localization was analyzed. Keywords: Angiography, MRI, primary angiitis.
