Invasive fungal sinusitis is an infection of paranasal sinuses that has to be diagnosed early because it causes high mortality and morbidity. Mucormicosis and Aspergillosis have been reported as the two most important causative agents. Invasive fungal sinusitis usually occurs in patients with immunodeficiency. However, it may also be seen in patients without any immunedeficiency. We present three cases here, one with chronic lymphocytic leukemia and two with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. Our aim is to emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and treatment in cases of ophtalmoplegia in immunsupressed patients.
