Foix-Chavany-Marie opercular syndrome

Foix-Chavany-Marie opercular syndrome is a severe form of pseudobulbar palsy occurring due to bilateral anterior opercular lesions. We report a case of 35 years old man with sudden inability and to speak. The patient had bilateral facial palsy with axonal degeneration, Magnetic resonance (MR) imaging revealed peri-insular Hyperintensities (oprecula)
